British Columbia Provincial Nominee Programs (BC PNP)
If you wish to immigrate to British Columbia through British Columbia Immigration streams (BC PNP), then you have three options to choose from and these are as follow:-
The Skills Immigration Stream are for skilled workers, healthcare professionals, international graduates, post-graduates and for semi-skilled workers. You need to have a job offer or a current job, except for international post-graduates.
The Express Entry British Columbia Stream is for skilled workers, healthcare professionals, international graduates and post-graduates only.

Skilled Immigration Category
BC PNP Skills Immigration category is divided into the following multiple categories by British Columbia Govt.
Skilled Worker Category
This category is for those individuals who have received an eligible job offer in a skilled occupation. For getting a job offers in this category we expect our professionals should have several years of experience in their skilled occupation.
Healthcare Professional Category
Under this category individuals with experience and eligible job offers, as physicians, nurses, psychiatric nurses or allied health professionals may apply. An eligible job offer is must and should be acquired for one of 11 qualifying health occupations. ( Contact us now to find about these 11 qualifying health occupations)
International Graduate Category
This category is for those individuals who graduated from an eligible Canadian university or a college in the last three years with a Certificate, diploma or a degree.

In order to qualify for the BC PNP category and a job offer is a must and you should get it from a BC employer to be eligible under this sub-category.
International Post-Graduate Category
This category is for graduates with Masters or Doctoral degrees from an eligible educational institution in British Columbia in the natural, applied, or health sciences programs of study.
Do I need a job offer for this category?
No job offer is required for this category.
Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker Category
Workers in certain entry-level or semi-skilled positions in tourism/hospitality, food processing, or long-haul trucking, or those in entry-level or semi-skilled positions living and working in the Northeast Development Region of British Columbia, may be eligible for immigration through this program. (Further you are living from Metro cities in provice of British Columbia easier your Permanent Residence will be in the provice of BC through BC PNP).
What is BC PNP application fees ?
Application Fee: $1,150 for processing. A request for review would cost an additional CAD $500.
How much is Processing time for BC PNP? – Processing time is around 2-3 months for BC PNP.
What are requirements for BC PNP?
Minimum Requirements are as follow:
- You must have accepted a full-time job offer (except for the International Post-Graduate Category) and;
- You must have a wage offer in line with the provincial wage rates (except for the International Post-Graduate Category) and ;
- You must show you can support yourself and your family (except for the International Post-Graduate Category) and ;
- You must meet minimum language requirements (for NOC skill level B, or for the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled Worker Category)and ;
- You must meet any additional requirements specific to your category and ;
- you must meet eligibility criteria (except for the International Post-Graduate Category).

Once we register you in provincial nominee portal then an assesment is done by the province and based on that assesment you will recieve a score based on criteria set by province.
If province selects your profile then you will get 30 days to submit your application to the province. Once we submit your application and you receive a provincial nomination with in 2-3 months with our assistance. (Migrator Immigration services Inc)
What to do after receving nomination?
After your nomination we will apply for your permanent residence or PR. with the Canadian federal government and thats how you become a Canadian PR.
EXPRESS ENTRY BRITISH COLUMBIA
Express Entry BC aligns with the federal government’s Express Entry immigration selection system. It allows eligible applicants to receive priority immigration processing of both their BC PNP application if nominated, their permanent residence application.
Skilled Immigration categories which may be processed through Express Entry British Columbia and that can get you a nomination in BC PNP.

Minimum Requirements:
- You must have a valid profile with the federal Express Entry system;
- You must have a Job Seeker Validation Code from the Express Entry system;
- You must have accepted a full-time job offer (except for the International Post-Graduate Category)
- You must have a wage offer in line with B.C. wage rates (except for the International Post-Graduate Category);
- You must be able to support yourself and your family (except for the International Post-Graduate Category);
- You must meet minimum language requirements (except for the International Post-Graduate Category);
- You must meet additional requirements specific to your category;
- You must also be eligible (except for the International Post-Graduate Category).
How it works:
First, We will create a valid Express Entry profile with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada(IRCC) on your behalf. At second stage, we will register you with the Skills Immigration Registration System. British Columbia provincial nomination program can review your submitted profile from SIRS system.
After registration a score based on multiple factors and are entered into a selection pool for the chosen category. If you meet specific criteria and you have a score above a certain threshold are invited to apply for a provincial nomination in a provincial draw.
After the invitation to submit the application is recieved the first thing we will do is submit your application with in statutory period of 30 days.
If you get selected, you will receive a provincial nomination through the Express Entry system. You are required to accept the nomination through the Express Entry system.
